We are looking for a sous chef to join and manage our small, dedicated, James Beard-nominated team. The ideal candidate will be hard working, organized, self-motivated, engaged, passionate, kind, and curious. The ability to multi-task in a fast paced restaurant environment while managing and motivating a small team is a must.
Experience in restaurant kitchens is required.
This is a perfect opportunity for a skilled cook looking to expand their experience in restaurant management, or someone with prior management experience looking for a new and rewarding challenge.
Starting salary of $55,000 - $60,000 (with tips) depending on experience. Enjoy daytime shifts (no nights!), paid time off, a consistent, set schedule, and consecutive days off. This is a full time position.

We’re always looking for motivated and curious line cooks and prep cooks to join our James Beard nominated kitchen team. Palace is a challenging and enjoyable work environment, and we are always willing to train the right candidate. No experience necessary!
Starting wages of $22-$28/hr (with tips) depending on experience. Enjoy daytime shifts (no nights!), paid time off, a consistent, set schedule, and consecutive days off. This is a full time position.
